Early Bird and Night Owl

                            CHRONOTYPE

Early Bird:

"Wake up early and tackle the day before it tackles you. Be on offense, not a defense."

The experience to start the day with the rise of the sun is very pleasant and soothing. Recall those days when we had to go to school ,we had to wake up early and the melodious sounds of birds chirping.

Night Owl:

In today’s world, mostly everyone is a night owl specially in the student life late night studies and the most important factor is late night search for food. The staple diet for night owl are maggi and how can maggi is eaten without any ott platform.

I always seem to come alive after midnight. I feel like the world is mine. I am also a night owl. The level of concentration without any disturbance, so relaxing .Perfect time to study in the peace. But some say early birds and some say night owl is good. Everyone has its own saying, ”Early to bed, early to rise. Makes the man healthy, wealthy and wise.” Contradiction is present everywhere just like Newton’s third law.” You are not a night owl. You just happened to be living in the wrong time zone.”

Without further ado ,let’s see who really has it’s good: night owls or early birds?

Pros of early bird:

l Life takes place in the day

l Early birds are more proactive

l Early birds are more healthier overall

Cons of early bird:

l Early birds get no sudden burst of energy

l Early birds need more sleep

Pros of night owl:

l Night owls are more intelligent

l Night owls have more stamina

l Night owls are generally very productive

Cons of night owl:

l Night owls struggle with non work activities

l Night owls may be at the risk of sleep deprivation

So, who won??

I’m going this one a draw, or if you prefer optimism :we’re all winners here. We all have built-in advantages and disadvantages. Yes ,built-in. More and more researchers are coming to the conclusion that our sleep habits are ruled by our genetics. No matter whether you rise with the sun or set with it, learn to maximize your time.

Did you know??

About 2% of the population are considered “sleep elite” which means they are night owls and early birds simultaneously.
